Just a heads up. That cage will require ALOT of modification. You will need a tube notcher and a chop-saw. VERY tight for aftermarket seats. I ended up only putting in the drivers side door bar. You also will want to up that pump. As far as the list very nice and it resembles mine. Should be a nice increase in power.

well got everything done and dynoed, on pump gas 93 it made 461hp 411tq on 17psi. thing ran like a raped ape. went to the strip, my second pass the trany blew into a million peices, shattered the fly wheel and clutch, put a hole the size of a football in the floor board below the gas pedal, broke an ear off the block where the bellhousing mounted, tore up my ecu harness cut the brake lines, and put a nice dent in my hood. i will have the dyno and run vids up soon along with damage pics, if anyone has any leads on a trany id appreciate the input. but it looks like im done for a while

Looking good, although I must say be careful with the loan thing. The problem with payments on a modded car is that if it breaks you usually need good money to fix it.. then you're stuck paying off a car on stands!

Keep up the good work!

THAT FUCKING SUCKS

Wow, @OP: I'm so sorry to hear that. It makes my previous post seem harsh, what do you need to get it back up and running? If the block is OK I'm sure that ear can be welded back on, and the rest can be repaired!

its ok man, well we're actually wondering if the trans is bad cause it will still go in gear, we r hoping its just the bellhousing mabey an input shaft? we are gonna check the back of the crank and all, but if its bad i just picked up another block yesterday with the full rotating assembly in it and we'll just punch it out and clean it up and swap over the parts. gotta pull the dash and all to fix the fire wall, gonna have to run new brake lines where it cut them, gotta fix the wiring harness, new flywheel and clutch. just hope it didnt get my new drive shaft or fry the aem.

We actually had someone build the motor the first go around and he put everything back together and turned the flywheel and today we got everything apart and took what was left of the flywheel and clutch bolts off with our fingers. Which it isn't the first thing we have found only finger tight that he put back together. Back of the crank is slightly damaged not sure if it can be machined out. Haven't got to get into internals yet. Its also looking more like just the bellhousing that exploded, the actual tranny is still in tact. I will try to get vids and pictures up tomorrow.

well the trany is still intact just the bellhousing and the front carier bearing cover is damaged, we backed what was left of the flywheel bolts out with our fingers, even the broken ones. they had no loc-tite or nothing on them, so the guy that put it together could have very easily killed me with his carlessness and he'll get away with it cause it'll never hold up in court. my tuner, x-man, said it didnt even look like the flywheel had been turned at all, and he said if it was it wasnt done right. so if any of you that read this are near christansburg va and need motor work done, do NOT take it to pro engines. here is the vid of the explosion:http://www.streetfire.net/video/thomass-clutch-and-flywheel-exploding_2039715.htm
