Post your Stereo! (Follow Up)

A while back there was a "Post your Stereo" thread, and I never had pictures of my own equipment in it, so instead of bumping that old thing, I thought I'd start a new one off with some pics I took today.

The basic setup is an Aragon 4004 MKII amp, an Aragon 24k pre-amp (with the P&G pot! :love: ), and a pair of Infinity Kappa 8 speakers.

Still need to decide on a CD player for the setup, using a cheapie for now.

I got a friend who works for dennon, he always offer to let me buy anything they have at Cost. I keep saying Im going to buy something but still that stuff is dam expensive. Its not just dennon but any of the smaller companys they bought up too.

Ya Im used to misspelling on purpose just to mess with my friend. Im waiting for them to choose an HD dvd format so I can get a new player finally, dam blu vs HD.

Won't happen, you're better of just buying what you like more 1st, then buy whatever you don't have when you have the money.

Agreed, I don't think they'll decide on an HD format for DVD, and if they ever do, it'll probably be after the next format comes out, lol.

I wish they'd come out with players that can play both, as that would probably happen faster than a standard format.

Cars are such a poor enclosure for audio though. I mean don't get me wrong, I love listening to music while driving, in fact it's fabulous!

Can't really compare as far as sound stage and imaging goes to a nice stereo setup in your home though.
