That's because everyone thinks they're own car is different, even though it may not be. Rather than owners responding about their own Supra... a better question would be:

"Who do you think has a unique Supra, excluding yourself? What makes it unique?"

Example:

Bor, I think your Supra is unique cuz you have crazy wheel offsets and a custom dual N1 exhaust.

You know what that is a great idea. Maybe you should start it since I tend to kill things around here ;)

it should be labeled "custom parts thread"

because once you start getting into the "unique" and "rare" everybody has there own opinion, i have a "custom" intake... its just a metal pipe from the exhaust shop... theres nothing spectacular about it, other than it got rid of my leaky holey silencer...

and borhor, i cant believe how much money you have spent on that car... you have to love it in order to just keep droppin that kind of money on it...

yeah you are right.. I guess I was expecting too much for crazy one off stuff. The thread didn't go as planed but I guess it isn't to bad over all.

wow. that is really alot of gauges, what are the three red buttons on the steering wheel for? and are all of these gauges for something different? Your engine is like on lock down or something, it cant do anything without you noticing it.

tempting, but now I need to find a 4" to 2.5 splitter...

getting one made wouldnt be that hard... an exhaust shop should be able to fab you up one, or just get a 3'' and then get a reducer from 4 to 3 welded on...

becuase i know magnaflow has one for a 3'' to dual 2.5'' for under 30~

and borhor, im GLAD theres not like super crazy "unique" supras... because then if everybody wasted there money on body parts and pink suede seats then they would start calling us rice! and i dont drive a honda... i see the 240's around town now, LOUD exhaust, stupid ass wide rims, im talking 17x9 4lug rims with a 255 that they can barely spin from a stop... i dont get it? i've always been power then exterior then interior...

LOL, yea they all do something. Still managed to blow the HG again for the second time in twelve months though.
The buttons operate the cruise control and one day should do the semi auto gears using the suprastick.

Supramad I LOVE your interior! I have those same gauges; first purchase for my car I think, but I just havent put them in yet. They look SOO MUCH better in person when they're turned on. Do you have any tips for me for installation?

Steering wheel is hot and unique too. CarPC = win.

Also, this thread wasnt a failure at all...dont know why it was declared one, I think its awesome.

Now mine. I ended up just looking in the last thread to see what I said last time. #1 still remains: I have a Rajay T4E turbo. A what? Its OEM on Mooneys, Piper Cubs, and assorted other aircraft. Also OEM for large semi diesels. As such, the exhaust side is kinda big and the compressor is kinda small. I also have a T4 adapter on the stock manifold and a MarkII Deltagate. Pics:

#2 was my exhaust, which was just 3" straight pipes to a Megan muffler. I sold that, so its open turbo until I put my downpipe back on. I'm going to sub in my #2 now for having an original MAF-T
p1026151_4.jpg

I'm having some problems getting a job right now which is extremely frustrating, but before summer is over I'll get a MAFTPro.

#3 was having a Z31 hood scoop on my stock hood where it was on the 300ZXs, but above the turbo. I have a different hood now, but I'm tempted to put it back on in front of the turbo. It'd just look ugly. Instead, I'll just say I have "grade 8.8 zinc coated replacement bolts" for my valve covers. Before installing them with new gaskets, I cleaned them as best as I could, squeezed some ultra black onto potential leak areas (especially where the grommets I didnt have shouldve been), tapped out all of the threads, then thread locked all of the bolts as well as included lock washers. I'll be replacing all sorts of bolts with these; for instance, I already have done the BOV. Pics:
