I am full 3" from the turbo back and no cats (LIPP Elbow, RT DP, test pipe, Greddy SP), when I ran with a stock elbow and HKS DP with stock cat in place it wasn't as low sounding, now it's just plain mean sounding!

EDIT - I think I know why that one sounds a bit different. HE still has his cat on the car, I have a test pipe. I believe the cat would really alter the tone.

I like my Blitz NUR Spec. Quiet at idle, perfect sounding at WOT.

Only recent picture I have. OBX B5 muffler with resonator and 2.5" piping, along with the stock cat. I love how it sounds. I'll see if I can get some better pics when I get my hands on a camera.

yall got a sound clip with the Apexi-N1 on the supra at WOT? i looked up on youtube and i only got videos of n/a rice buckets that sound like shit.

Only backpressure needed is between the turbo and the manifold...after that, the name of the game is how quick you can get it out.
Although...I'm awaiting 4" exhaust...so...we'll see.
