Polished Intake Manifold and ported

If you get it dynoed, or one of the test people, with and without, I will 100% surely buy one, or send mine to you, however you do it. Im sure the Y pipe and throttle body flange and throttle body would definatley benefit from being ported like that. All that nice work they did on the head just to squeeze it through those 2 tiny holes!! But Good work. Has anyone ever tried getting rid of that flapper in the intake? It is supposed to make it more torquey in the lower end, But seems like it might be a restriction. And im not sure if it opens or closes at high end, Any input?

It always seems like that Will. Everyone wants something while you're doing it and then when it's ready to be sold, everyone is broke. It's always, damn man why wasn't this a month ago, or if you'll hold it for another month I'll get it then.............It did turn out shiney, but I don't think it will look too good on my 1jz...................:biglaugh:

hahah werdd, i was really just using that as my test unit. I jsut got a high speed pro buffer, (seen in my build thread) and i only have to hit manifold with like a edium grit once, and use the buffer. Pretty much turns out exactly like a mirror :icon_bigg

I will take it right now for 50$ plus shipping. I dont even have an NA right now, But i am definatley getting one for a DD again. I miss my black 86.5 Wayyyy to much. But....Do you have the tools/skills to port match my lower manifold and TB to your manifold? Ill mail you all the stuff if you can. I have a spare TB to match it to, and whenever i get a car the lower, And I also have an upper intake sitting in my garage if you want it also.

actually, Dont quote me on that, I believe my grandpa may have thrown it out, Ill have to double check. Do you have any pics of the mirror-ish high speed buffing? I know how that is, My briggs and stratton days porting/polishing didnt stop till I could see myself in the ports and cylinder head. lol.
