"Seems that YOU, Dan cannot comprehend the lovely thought of SIMPLICITY inside the cabin. I dont like a cluster F*** of options if I am not going to use them."

Well said, with YOU driving there is definitely “SIMPLICITY inside the cabin.”

Can I assume that means you don't have a Supra that runs and drives? Then if that is the case, the datalogging is a mute point.

It's a Moooo point stoopid :biglaugh:

Anyway, datalogging is definitely handy for those not on standalones. Anyone who says they can remember what AFR they were running at what rpm in a 4th gear pull clearly was not paying attention to the road... The point of a wideband is to tune, so if you have no way of knowing where you need to adjust your air fuel ratio, wtf do you have a wideband for?

heres my question, is this wideband compatible with the new maftpro? if it is you could have comprehensive tuning system for under a g.

I can not comment on the other models but my zt-2 has been excellent in every way. I have the narrowband output going to the ecu and the wideband for datalogging. The person who was saying there is no need to have datalogging obviously does not understand anything about tuning. You can have lean or rich spikes at different boost or throttle levels that you could not notice by just watching the a/f display while driving full throttle. I would much rather have my eyes on the road and then see what happened after I come to a stop. And with the zt-2, you can log a/f, egt, tps, rpm and boost all simultaneously and look at all the graphs on one screen, and that is very nice for tuning an afc and/or maft without having to pay for dyno time.

BTW, the zt-2 would be compatible with the maft pro or any other piggyback or standalone even.
I dont' think the ZT2 is compatible with the MaftPro YET. Doc J can confirm, but I'm pretty sure it cannot comprehend the ZT2's output yet.

That's why I'm going with an Innovate next time... it has a linear output :)

They are adding the ZT2 into the next update for the MAFTPro.

I still don't get how having the ZT2 display is a cluster F**k :dunno: I would rather run something that is only 4.7" x 2" x 0.9" than a bunch of different gauges for each one of these.

I'm going to be picking up the ZT2 pretty quick here, and getting the display and using it and getting rid of my Auto Meter Boost gauge and just using the ZT2 display. I think it'll clean up the interior nicely.

eh, after having the zt2 display I would prefer a gauge. although the zt2 display is excellent, having four different inputs.

Siman will realize how stupid it is trying to watch two gauges, and the road and the same time and get a datalogger :)
