Is there a coating option?

Coating is not availble in our first release.

A lot of the 7mgte guys when we talked about it did not want to pay the extra money for this item.
If we get enough requests we can do that.

From a consumer stand point whos looking to buy a set of forged pistons, whats your sales pitch to me to make me wanna buy them? besides the name...

Don't forget, that these are also 9:1 compression. A Better than JE shelf piston in a custom type compression ratio for a bargin price. The inital run is 3 sets of STD, 3 sets of +.020, and 3 sets of +.040

If anyone wants the top and sides coated, an individual set can be done for the extra cost to send them back out.

Correct me if I am wrong Bottle, but the price will most likely go up after this initial 9 set run. I already have 2 or 3 sets spoken for, so if anyone would like a set of the initial run, just PM me.

Stop comparing the off the shelf piston specs from company X v. a custom spec'd piston for the same company X. When custom spec'd. The pistons stop being the same! regardless if the SAME company was the one that did the off the shelf v. the custom spec.d piston.

Ross might be $500 for the off the shelf pistons but the custom spec'd ones start around $750. I should know!

Well thats what i want to know, what makes these so much better than what i have right now? NOBODY has answered that. All i see are specs and what not... My probe's are the same material as these, have the forced oilers, and all of that stuff...

WHY should i consider buying these pistons over my probe pistons? If you cant answer that for me, then im not even going to consider paying double for a piston thats the "custom".
