I believe Blue Book Value on a 93 TT is about 24-26,000. Thank god the 90 N/A's have a BB value of about 3,500. Otherwise, I'd never see a supra in my driveway 
As for the ad, I'm really guessing rich dude that doesn't know much about his "fun" car. I doubt the weekly waxing and daily cleaning, but if I had a maid 24-7 she sure as hell would be getting familiar with a chamois.

if it was a weekend car, I can believe the cleaning.
I used to wash and wax my car every weekend (if you have a normal job with the weekends off, it's easy).

offtopic: does the mkiv have as bad of body flex with the targa off as the mk3? i'm not saying its even bad on ours, but you know..
