They look like a good deal for the money if the leather is real.

It's not very common, but every once is a while cheap things are worth it. My aluminum race pedals were $9 and look just as good from the driver's seat as a name brand.

Seats are an important part of safety especially when you get in an accident. It would suck to find out the hard way.

the seats def look nice, at least they dont have a APC logo on them :p

one question though, you can justify BBS wheels, but no recaro seats?

Wheels came with the car IIRC...
Matt: They look ok to me.... I don't know.. I'd buy them for a second car, as that's how it seems you view the supra. The second car always gets second parts... second rate parts.

so let me get this straight

you want to put cheap seat into a car (don't care if it is a yugo). Do you know WHY those recaro's, sparcos, bride, Momo are expensive. No it is not the name. It is the SAFETY TESTING.

beign cheap is one thing, but being cheap on shit that can fucking kill you if it does not work is absolutely the most the stupidiest thing to be posted on here.

<-- wonders how the "cheap" seats will hold in a frontal impact. I sure as hell would not want to find out come accident time ;)

I bought the wheels back in 1996.

Yes, that is important but what good is a safety seat when the brackets are the weak links. I've known two people that have gotten into accidents that have had their Wedge seat brackets break on impact. Both cars had Recaro racing shells in them. Granted, a cheap seat may have been worse...

^ finding tt-r recaros in good shape is quite difficult.

Just buy new recaro's, Matt... That's what I'd do. They're only twice as much as those :icon_razz
