I originally bought the car as NA and after I blew that one up, I had Matt Shephard/R-Rev convert the 87 hardtop to a turbo, in 2005. Last April, I blew the back hose on the coolant by-pass, warped the head so bad it was scrap. I then spent the better part of 14 months rebuilding. Van

nice man im doing a 1jz swap and it should be done at the end of january then at the end of the summer it will go down again for a single turbo swap with sapporting mod's for 500hp and im taking the 20"s off and putting corvette sawblades on

Is Matt still around? I was thinking bout trying to get ahold of him. I heard hes the 1jz guru in Ptown

Matt was a very talented builder. He went back to University, and I lost track of him. He may pop-up in our community in the future. Van

nice 1jz swap looks clean so did you swap that your self... im not the best a reading wiring so i had a mechanic help me out on that butt ill be doing the rest of the swap after next summer

thanks, yeah I did the swap myself with a buddy but I had a shop extend the harness.

Ive seen your car mkiii, around Chemeketa, your like the only supra around I cant seem to catch in my daily. You drive that thing like I do!
im in salem also but if the stars align right I should like to come up this summer and see if we cant all get a cruz going.
