So whats up SM people, My name is wayne and I recently traded my nissan for a 88 Supra Turbo model, Currently I own a 93 civic hatchback and now my 88 supra, And my nissan isnt a typical nissan car that alotta people like, It was a B13 91 Sentra, Anyway heres some pictures of what I traded and Let me know what you guys think of my new cruising car

So yea my buddy talked me into coming off my nissan finnaly, He made me a an offer that I aboslutely couldnt refuse no matter how bad i wanted too.

It aint stayin yellow for long, and it has a greddy turbo timer, Turbosmart Vee Port BOV, HKS down pipe, HKS catback of some kind,Axxis brake pads, Drilled/Slotted rotors, Eibach pro kits, and 5spd conversion, functioning TEMS still ...Pretty much stock but its not a bad car for a few months till i decide to sell it or trade it off for something else.I also have a spare LSD rear end at my buddys house for it.

IDK its just not really me, itll prolly get traded for a niiice FWD or sold for a 4wd lol

it is a nice car, and pretty well kept, just not really my thing i dont think, havent really started to really DRIVE it yet, still getting used to it lol

i would but i know precicly NOTHING about toyotas lol, i know CT26 turbos are crap, and its 5x114.3 and i need +35 offset or lower. thats about it lol

Supras can make some crazy power, keep it. They arnt made anymore so before to long u will have a classic one of a kind car.

Stock CT-26s are TOTAL crap from my personal expeirance(But would love a Upgraded CT-26), Since Ill soon be on turbo number 4 for this car and it only has 150k miles.

Not getting rid of it right yet but prolly wont keep it long at all, 6 months tops Im guessing, 9$ spark plugs, 60$ plug wires, not really my thing lol Its a nice car but Im not so sure if it fits me yet, but only time will tell.

If i wanted something with crazy power I wouldnt drive imports lol. HP figures arent something that makes me like a car, I was happy with 150whp from my turbo'd civic lol Horsepower is cool and all but the car has to put a smile on my face everytime i drive it for me too keep it for awhile, Had my sentra for 4 years mostly stock and it put a smile on my face. and classic car IDK and for sure not 1 of a kind, Its nice and I like it just dont know if its me yet, But i know one thing, this paint and these wheels gotta go this thing is UGLY on the outside because of those 2 things lol and the dark tint dont really help either lol

So quick question, anyone know what toyota charges for a full lock set with keys? hatch,both doors,and ingnition. Or know of a good place to get them?? my key is worn so bad i cant even get a copy made, and my key comes out without being in the lock position, so I wanna replace them all but have them all match lol. got some other stuff to find too but this is my main one thanks in advance

LOL i dont know if it does yet Im ridin dirty right now with insurance but veeeery bad tags lol so i havent really got to DRIVE it, Im for real thinkin about it though, I was outside trying to figure out how i could attach my shift boot(its missing the metal plate thing that holds it on) and just sitting in it is making me seriouisly fall in love with the car, i love the way it wraps around me just right and the 10 million way adjust seat and steering wheel is straigh up gangster, i love the way the heavy doors thud when you shut em, its overall starting to grow on me VERY quickly, I just need to find myself a decent shape 89+ parts car and some of the 16x7 mesh wheels from a crown vic or marquis, I REALLY hate these wheels, The paint for sure, and the crappy starting to turn purple tint, but once im inside the car and look past that crap it makes me gitty like a school girl on the phone :love: and man as soon as i can get the cash to ride down to see your collection of parts i will for sure come down, i need quite a few small things that i dont really need so im not going to pay out the ass for so these hook up prices your talking about is just what Im looking for lol. I might just sit down and get a list going of what I need and get you to rummage through your spares and gimme a price so i can push harder to sell some of these spare honda parts I got layin around to fund my trip and purchases haha.

CT26 is a fine turbo compared to what comes stock on most cars of this era. If it's going through turbos there are other issues that need to be found and fixed.

Dunno why you're missing the targa holders in the back, but if you want to ride with the targa off a lot I recommend getting them as they hold the top in very well. And on the wheels you can strip the paint on em and polish them to make them look better for cheap.

Any engine bay shots so we know what you're really working with?

Well see I REALLY hate the color yellow, not just on this car on EVERYTHING, the ct-26s are going out because of compressor surge the turbo smart vee port wastegate is too stiff, and previous owners had a MBC and a heavy foot lol, But i still plan on getting a CT26 with garrett center catridge. and im not sure why im missing some of the inteiror peices that i am either. but i never had more that 1 passenger so ill stick it in the back seat for now haha, no engine bay shots its dirty as hell under there and with it being maroon still it makes it look even worse lol but its pretty much stock under there, all mods i know of that matter are Eibach springs(stock shocks that are starting to go) HKS downpipe and catback exhuast, Greddy turbo timer, and the turbo smart bov. But yea its a nice ride just gotta get to messing with it.

I'm sure you could pick up the targa holders on here from a part out as you'll damage the targa with it in the back seat, and if you get into an accident it's not going to end well...

Also, it's a blowoff valve Wastegate is on the exhaust to control boost. Dial in the BOV and make sure it has a good vacuum signal and you should be fine. Surge will kill any turbo...

I think the yellow might grow on you if the paint was in good shape, just getting the bumpers and the fuel door resprayed to match would make the car look a lot better.
