I have a JDM 2jzgte on my 90 mk3 supra,stock engine...bpu mods!
I see a quite amount of oil...defenately engine oil near the blow of
valve (blitz ssqv bov),and over the bov ofcaurse!

My Greddy oil catch can is 100% clean.I have the car running with
the new 2jz setup for only 3 weeks! So no pvc issues, and good
compression!

What's the issue here?
I also got some oil remainings around a 'samco' rubber hose before
going to the IC...
I think my twin turbos are blowing some oil...are they in bad shape,
or it is a sign that will 'die' someday...:aigo:

How much boost are you running? Is your boost consistant? I think your turbos are on their way out.

sounds like the turbos are blowin oil through your pipes

Yeh, 100% the oil comes from the turbos....
But what does it mean?
Do the turbos need some rebuilt,or a kind of service?
How can I fix that problem?I find my self cleaning the
engine bay (a part of it) after every 2-3 days :icon_mad:

I boost no more than 12-14 psi...
I have an AVC-R and I can't lower the boost.For example I set it
at 8 psi and still goes over 13 psi :aigo: I think that the very small
stock actuator/wastegate can't handle this kind of settings, cause I was told that jdm supras/aristos are boost controlled by exhaust.I have all the way
3" inch cat-back,test pipe,and downpipe altough stock Y-pipe.

I found some days ago a loose IC silicon hose.Is there a chance that
boosted air could have been escaping from there...and the turbos
were pushing more than 15 psi while I was getting only 12 psi on the
DEFI gauge ???

your turbos are most likely going to need a rebuild

you could probably find a full US spec twins setup cheaper than it would be to rebuilt the ones youve got

When I was running stock twins on my 1JZ, oil coming out of the BOV was a symptom of the twin blowing. Seems like I actually had a drip out the SSQV and as the same time had a bunch smoking out the exhaust. Going by this, id say there is a very good chance your twins are blown.

My avc-r works the exact same way. If i want lower boost, i just turn it off. The stock ECU runs 10 lbs. So it is either 10 lbs or 15 with the avc-r on :)

I'd say if your boost is still the same with the ic pipe re-connected, then you weren't boosting any extra. Probably came off right before you found it. Plus, if you didn't touch the boost levels, then you've probably been boosting that 12 psi you're talking about.

If you can find a rebuild kit for two CT12 A's (your turbos), you can rebuild them yourself if you know what your doing. Otherwise send them out to a professional.

Thanks for the info guys...
I hate the thought that I should park the car even for a week or two.
I just got it after 6 months :aigo:

And yes,I do blow a little amount of white smoke from the exhaust :sarcasm:
So I think those damn twins are sick for good...

I would go with a US spec twins or single.
The only thing that keeps me from not going single is the thing that
I should buy a couple of things first to support the single, and they
do cost $$$$,like aftermarket ECU,injectors, and single turbo kit!
And afterall I don't want more than 450-500 Bhp...and I hate lag !

What do you think? What is the best route to get!
If I go single,I should need many parts don't I ?

My turbos are CT20 A's from aristo! But I know they are the same as
CT12 A's from mk4 jdm supras.
How much will it cost me to find some used US spec twins?

With the 7M I could low the boost as low as 3-4 psi!
I start thinking that the 7M wasn't so bad :icon_bigg

How exactly do you have your catchcan setup?

Stock hose route with a Greddy catchcan in between.
I didn't want to vent the pvc vacuum to the atmosphere...cause
I think there is a reason that the factory hose route is the way it is!

Hey... I also want to make a presentation of me and my car with
some photos.Should I make it in this section? Then you can check out
my catch can by eye

You're not going to be able to set the boost to 8psi no matter what boost controller you use.

You can't run any lower than the base wastegate setting.

Boost is controlled by the wastegate just like any other turbo... It's just the JDM 2Js have a problem with boost creep with the exhaust freed up.

Some use a restrictor to help with that if they don't like it.
