does toyota make a factory valve spring compressor that can be used to compress the valves w/ the head on? i see the one that looks like a C clamp but you have to remove the head. anyone?

The snap-on one is like $40 IIRC, I am good enough at using it now that I use it when heads are off too. It can be tricky until you get the feel for it.
