hey man,

where have you hidden your p/s res?

I just ordered an N/A on so I can put my 4 inch intake in a similar position to yours.

were you hard pushed for space fitting the pipe to the cooler from your compressor housing down underneath? mine still runs up and then down near the radiator, but I would love to turn the housing and have it run unseen like yours does now.

Space is the issue!

as for the PS res, i havent done anything with it yet. i was still deciding if i was going to keep it or not "ps or no PS lol" a NA res would fix this most likely. as for space the end of the compressor housing is close to the frame, so like Ian did with his turbo i have to run a sharp 90, which i have :) then run close to the frame. then it will run between the stabalizer and PS pump "which i need to find the bracket for still. a picture of that would be nice plz and thanks

ok so i got my return line finally hooked up. and tested my fuel system last night for leaks. started the system at 20 PSI and found that the return line on my rail wasnt tightened all the way and was spraying lol, so i tighted it up and that was taken care of. feed 2 had a slow drip on it so i took it off and fixed that, so then i drained my tank and pulled the filters to look for any suspected metal shavings from the welding and return line drilling, found very little. seems to me like i got most of it with my magnets and flushing it. so i hit the filters with some water and air and blew all the pieces out, put it back together put 3 gallons back in, tested the system again at 40 psi found nothing, and it wasnt till i brought it up to 70psi is when i finally found one more in the back on the sump port still have to fix that. let it run for about 3 minutes at 70psi to make sure there was no more leaks and that one is still the only, just need to make a little more time for it :) but other than that it looks great, also was extremely suprised at how quite the fuel pump really was, i was expecting a loud screaming sound, but it sounds more like a little generator lol... also i noticed it really feels like the fuel is pulsating in the lines. but when i took the return off it seems like its a nice steady stream. even at 20 psi lol

i am leak free finally. looking for a good -10 fuel shut off valve, having troubles finding a good one. so if anyone knows of a good one please post a link. also just ordered a Moroso Fuel door to replace my jacked up fuel door. its been bent hit the cable was loose so the door wouldn't open unless something was holding pressure against it. so im just going to drill some new holes :( i hate doing that. but it measures 8 1/8 overall length and width and the door is 6x6 with a lock on it :) problem solved and it will hopefully look cool, make sure i get good pictures when i get it. also i wired up my gauges today to turn on when i flip the switch for my fuel pump thinking about getting a length of hose for the fuel pressure gauge to move it into the cabin. kinda doesnt help me when i cant see it under the hood lol. so basically have 2 fuel pressure gauges. also wired up a light for the switch. also going to install a push start button for the ignition and a prime button also even though i dont think that the a1000 really needs one. i have a hole to fill so might as well make it something. and as always taking donations towards a stand alone :) btw time to call dibs to anyone looking for a 7mgte M/T ecu since i wont need it. also got my Map ECU for sale still and the ridiculous GT-45 turbo

Instead of a T for the fuel rail feed how come you didn't go with a Y fuel block there? Probably would be a little better then that T. I was looking at your feed to the pump. it appears and correct me if I'm wrong that it goes back above the pump before getting to the pump. I would advise to keep it level with the pump.

love the build. Like what you did with the coil packs! Keep it up

yea yea i've heard it, thought of actually just fabricating my own. i just dont have the brains for that though. maybe with a write up or something, i just dont know where to get the materials, but could if i knew what i needed. and i just straight up broke "comes with the car" but i have a machinest who would defiantly work with me on it if i did it
