Displacement on a rotory can be a bit deceiving, in 720° of crank rotation, a piston engine ingests its rated displacement of air. In the same 720°, the rotary swallows nearly twice its rated displacement.

And the 13B is 1.3 liters. Or on a good day, equivalent to a 2.6 liter piston motor.

I like Wankel engines, just not in Supras. The engine bay in that car swallowed the poor motor whole and is still begging for more.

well i have to chime in well it is a intresting swap but i bet teh weight is pretty low remmber the 7mgte is pretty freaking heavy same with the tranny

i bet yae that car is under 3000 pounds or 3000 pounds even

rx7 is about 2700 to 2800 pounds

and the car has the enging so far back it's pretty much mid enigne now as well
