Ok guys I have a 87 Supra, also a 1Jz, all the wiring has been done with.... ALright here's the problem, my ecu has no power. With a volt-meter i checked if there's power to other places of the car and yes there's power. But seems like the car won't start cause there's no power to the ecu.. What am I missing? anyone know? please help me ASAP

Few questions to help diagnose the issue:
Is the check engine light turning on when the key is in the "ON" position?
Is the fuel pump kicking on?
Is the EFI main relay in the engine bay fuse box working?
Is the EFI fuse in the the same fuse box good?
Is the 7.5amp IGN fuse in the dash kick panel good?
What other components have power?
