Newb Building a 7m

I am just looking for some advice, anything i should do, shouldn't do?

I am usually a honda guy but recently picked up a 90 turbo and a built motor to go with it and was going to start putting everything together.

Here is a few of the things I already have

Block (already assembled)
CP Pistons
Eagle Rods
Balanced forged crank
all arp hardware

Head (already assembled)
mild port
3 angle
all new seals
Ferrea standard valves
BC Springs and Retainers

HKS Headgasket
ARP Headstuds
T76 .80ar turbo
50mm HKS WG
HKS BOV

Clutch Masters FX300 clutch and flywheel
Walbro 255

You should go with dual fuel pumps.

yea that was on my list of things been looking at the beech dual walbro hanger, thanks for the advice

A customer at our shop made us put three Walbros on his car. Just go with a Areomotive in-tank sice you have already spent that kind of money and run braided lines all the way through. Make sure you add add one or two breaks in between because it makes no sense if you have to pull the whole line out to do something.

You sure do got alot of mods on your hands for you to know nothing about this motor/car...

My personal advice is to stay here on SM and just read your ass off...

Other than that it looks like everything is going to work fine.

Just whatever you do man, Dont skimp out on things...
Its obvious your not so far but if you have a problem with you motor
or anything just fix it. 7M's are so uptight and every detail is crucial.

I'm going to venture to guess that you have done some research, but you want to torque the head to about 70 ft-lbs. I have seen people go as high as 80, and one guy who went 90, I wouldn't recommend that. 70-75 is good. Also, make sure the head and deck are in spec and have appropriate RA to the MHG you plan to run. MHG is not my area of expertise, so I'll let one of the otehr guys answer that one. Other than that, read a lot.

Just torque the HG as per the ARP installation instructions.
Get a thermostatic oil cooler setup.
Shim oil pump while you have the chance, and replace the piston squirter bolts if the internal springs are weak at all.
