I would just for the simple fact that the car has mods done to it already,(no origional platform to work from),no telling if the previous driver drove the shit out it before he sells it to the buyer.Personally,I would want to install the modifacations rather than buy a car already modded out. Unless you know the seller really well,you might be buying a headache.keaser06 said:

You know, for the $2500 you were gonna spend on the supra, you could buy an SR-20, swap it in, add a few upgrades, and have a low 13 second car, possibly high 12's. There is a guy here in town that has an SR-20, running 17 psi on stock turbo, and runs 12.8. I also lurk in 240sxforum(s).com. Maybe I'll see you in there sometime. Good luck.
and im not wasting time with the sr20 swap either.. im going to end up turboing the motor in the car and i dont lurk 240sxforums.com because its an ignorant site with people who think sr20 or rb25 are the only motors worth a crap in a 240 and dont even do the research to know that the ka has an iron block instead of the sr aluminum block or that the ka has forged crank and rods as opposed to the sr which does not, or to do the research that a ka on stock internals except for some lower compression pistons can make more power than an sr with stock internals... not to mention the torque out of a 2.4L 4 cyl is way more.. sorry for the rant..

sorry about the longest sentance ever. I was just in a hurry trying to run out somewhere and ranting a little. lol. i got all the parts i need to fix and keep my 240 so im happy
