^+1 I have Albert's 60-1 and I would like to know what else this guy did to get those numbers. I'm still finishing my build but I wasn't expecting to be close to these numbers at all when done.

Any forged internals? sorry for lack of knowledge, whats e85? You use a mhg and stud and nut? or simply as you said above?
reliable?

Alex

yes he had high compression internals. E85 is a type if fuel

I read the thread again, e85 is at 91 octain? Thats crap our lowwest pump petrol here is 95 octain. Highest pump is 99.

I ask so many questions for myself and others who want to do this upgrade. We all start somewhere. Either way most dyno's lye, so you could even take off 20bhp and lbft and still a epic figure.

In the uk....
I am not sure this type of setup can be done on sub 100 octane fuel
High boost on a small exhaust turbine + high compression = bad with low octane

Not sure what the exhaust back pressure was when running 25psi~ on this little of turbo but it had to be pretty insane

This thread makes me really excited to try out the 60-1 that Albert is building for me.

High compression pistons, 31+psi, E85, stand alone, and lots of timing will get you close to what he made. Let us know how you do.

Well, I have standalone, 3 inch exhaust and 560cc injectors so far. I plan on porting the head, 264 cams, and running BBC inner valve springs as well as the usual mhg and arp stuff. I know I won't make that kind of power, but 400 to the wheels would be nice...for now.

Holy shit, 31+ psi from a 60-1 ct26? I'm not sure about the compressor map but that sounds WAY out of the turbine wheels range..

From my understanding, my HX35 is at it's limit near 36 PSI, and my turbine wheel is much bigger than the ct26 wheel.

He isn't going to even mess with it

I told him I need the turbo back soon.
He is putting on the bigger t4 based turbo that flows 77lbs/min. Tubular manifold, external 44mm wastegate, ffim, 1zz coils, 264 cams, spring&retainers etc etc.

Gonna shoot for 600-700. He just needs bigger injectors and a better fuel pump

say good buy to all that tourq
