RPS , nope, they didn't want anything to do with it. So the Doc was right.

I only picked up the box and was around 30 pounds for everything.

What does yout Tilton weigh?

Duane

RPS was fuking gay for not helping you!!! I rather go with a Carbonetic twin disk Or your Twin disk set-up if they decided on making one for the 1jz,
I have heard a few bad thing about the RPS pressure plate on the Carbon/carbon, The bolts on the pressure plate have a tendency to stretch & damage tranny bell housing. Duane thank you for trying something new for the Community & i hope everything goes great on your R&D.

Dude it is not like it is something new.

Hell they (RP$) had $2800 dollars of mine and thier official response to me (nearly two years ago) was basically. We don't have time for you or this special one off.

RP$ can go to proverbial hell for all I care.

Duane: damn bud that looks great! Wilwood master cylinder for the clutch and new push out bearings................

Funny thing here Miguel is that Jason actually booked a flight to come up. I am picking him up at the airport on Friday (seriously)

LOL, that's because you spoke to my imaginary friend. :biglaugh:

I do my best to try and get support for our old cars but it's not just me. We have many people that do this and I'm a small portion of it.

Thanks :)

Maybe he'll do one and post it on www.GTEpowered.com .
Miguel, Duane said I couldn't be funny in this thread because it's a technical thread, so I really can't say what I want to say.

It sucks having to be unfunny..............:biglaugh:

The only technical jargon that I know goes something like this.
The rod thingy gets pushed when your foot pushes the black thing in your floor board, and then that releases or pushes something that pushes against the flywheel making your back wheels turn. I'm pretty sure that's how a clutch works. Duane's is a twin discus so it must do all of that twice as fast...........:dunno:

I'm pretty sure this will result in my mancard being forever abolished.

HAHAHA Jay. I look forward in viewing your posts. Joke away :biglaugh:

BTW, it has no clutch fork anymore as it is a hydraulic unit now. :)
