Wow, really nicely done! I'm planning on ditching the stock seats eventually, so I wouldn't do this personally, but those are really beautiful! I love the nice clean look on the doors!

I think your door panels still need some work. there are some major wrinkles on the ends. But the seats look great.

ya i used some off brand contact cement and it didnt hold well with the heat since its been sitting for the past 3 weeks due to stripped ex studes .. i plan on re gluing here in the near future. they actually didnt have any wrinkle at all when i finished them im pretty pissed :(

Hey, nice work on your interior!
I'm about to re-do my doors - how did you get all the material off the panel? I don't wanna wreck anything when I have a go :)

youre gonna need to get a putty knife, heat gun, high temp contact cement, hvlp, or pressure pot for the glue, pop rivet gun, drill, small drill bit for the exsiting revits, staple gun, 5/32 and 1/4 stapels, a cut of carpet, cut = yard , 2 1/2 cut of your choice of vinyl for the initial door panel plus 1/2 cut of whatever you want to do the insert in.

well first you have to get your door panles off. the cloth or leather insert are held on by fold over clips, just bend them back just enough to pull it
off.DONT BREAK THEM, then at the top off the panels there a trim piece just pull the tabs back just as the inserts.

then then the bottom package tray theres screws, back those out and the carpet piece comes off.

now for the important part. to remove the vinyl BE CAREFULL not to crack, break or pull apart the panel shell. take your time and you may need to use heat, ie. heat gun. if you crack/ breakt it its fiber glassing time.. ichy shit dude, so try to advoid doin it. if the vinyl come off and the 1/8 foam stays use heat and a paint scraper or putty knife. also can use a DS with 180 to 200 just be carefull to not take material off the panel.

tack down new 1/8 foam.
i recomend to use a duralble but kinda streatchy vinyl or your gonna need to use heat to streatch it around the contours of the panel. in this case used a high temp contact cement or it wont hold /ie how my panels looked damn good right after finsh but after a month of sitting in the sun its developed some wrinkles because my contact cement untacked :(

so these are the basics, GL man these panels are very difficault to recover and time consuming.
