***Update,***
Well pics. of parts that came in the mail today
Fuse cover
And new battery terminals. The + side has a voltage gauge instaled into it. werd.
And my cat i guess thinks the beer box is his new play house.
And well the engine is off to the shop. The owner Jim Hall happened to be passing by, gave me a call, and picked it up for me. (now i wont need to put the 7m in the back of my caddy and get it all full of oil.) we talked about the balancing, and he said it all will be with a 1/4 gram. :aigo: Jim also said i should be able to put 25-30 lbs. of boost to the motor when he is done. (thats with a t-78, t-88, or a gt42 turbo of corse)
I asked about my head and he said #1 intake valve insert( part where the valve head seals to the head) fell out. That valve sits lower then all the rest. His labor would be $550 for a compleat rebuild:cry: . That seams to be a high price, is it? If i want to install 1mm larger valves, ss springs, Brian Crower cams would be all extra. This means to rebuild the head right its going to be like $1500:aigo: :aigo: :aigo: :aigo: We will look more at that around tax return time.
Tonight i am installing the lowering springs and they are kicking ass.
Pic. of my OTC spring compressor
At least the GF is happy now, no more engine parts in the living room. I didn't want them to get cold or anything plus nice to look at.
Just a update for you all.
