It FUCKING RUNS! Amazing:aigo::icon_razz:biglaugh: I got off work today and went over all of my wiring. Everything by the intake mani was solid, went to the exhaust side and found one little bugger chillin with no home. Crawled under the car to try to find the loose end, and there it was tucked behind the oil drain pipe like a little child playing hide and don't find me:3d_frown:! Plugged it in turned the key annnnd pure sex:aigo:! It's open y-pipe at the moment so it was loud as shiat.

Sooo my question is what is this plug:sarcasm:? It's a 2 pin connector, the harness side the wire colors are blue and green and engine side is yellow and red?

Soo in conclusion tomorrow I'll make a vid of it running and route the IC piping and start getting all that stuff ready, then figure out the flywheel situation:3d_frown:.

Wicked job man. Probably one of the faster swaps I have seen on here in a long time. Right on for getting it done right.

Thanks a lot man it was definitely some work but I had goals for it to be ready for Texas and I think i made that. With those 50+ hours at work it was definitely a task but it was well worth it! Just have to finish up some small things and it'll be off to Texas:evil2:!

But do you know by any chance what that connector is?

I got two new pics over the weekend with everything done, I'm going to leave the front bumper off for a little bit cuz I'm too lazy to put it back on right now lol.

But heres the pics, I have yet to get a vid the weather was shitty over the weekend and I wasn't at my house. But I guess I still need to get a flywheel since the step got taken out:3d_frown:. I need to find one fast and get here by friday so texas is still a possibility, it'll easily be replaced in an hour or two.

Nice what size piping and intercooler do you have? and where did you buy that kit? I'm in the market for some intercooler piping for my 1j, thanks.

The piping is 2.5" from DM a very nice kit had more then enough for what I needed I still have a 45* pipe and 2 straight pipes left and I think like 3 couplers, well worth the money but it was cheap just $150. The IC is way overkill right now it's the core I had on my built talon which needed that size core, off the top of my head I can't remember exactly it's 23.5x11.75x4"

Alright so the supra is officially running and driving even with the step out of the flywheel but I still ordered one from DM. I just drove it to my work and back to see how it was. The one problem I have is it is throwing code 14. It is missing and cuts out at about 2k-2.5k if I give it greater gas it'll cut out and buck sooner, but it always bucks and cuts out, and it isn't idling smooth at all. I've already checked the caps in my ecu and there are no burn marks and none appear to be leaking, the igniter filter is also grounded. Any thoughts on what I should begin to look at? Help would be great, thanks.

Code 14 = No IGF signal to ECU
If you can, test out that ignitor on another 1JZ. When mine went bad, it was doing that. Wouldn't rev any higher then 2500 or so rpms or idle correctly.

The problem is there are no 1J's anywhere near me, I'm thinking it may be the caps in my ecu one appears to have just began leaking theres some fluid and a burnt spot.

Just wanted to update, I am here in Texas with the supra and the new caps fixed the problem. I've gotten a couple vids of it running and I'm sure some of you have seen it if you are down here, but when I get home I'll be sure to upload the vids I have.
