What kind of crack are you smoking and where can I get some?

1st gen handles MUCH better than the 2nd gen. 2nd gens aren't good for much more than straight lines.

Nah, I have to disagree. The Second gen are light and mid engined Which is a recipe for great handling car :naughty:

You need a 4A-GZE swap [supercharged] and probably a nice performance rebuild.
Then, you get your hands on a HK$ TwinCharger kit [so you have a turbo+supercharger].
Then you put a Blitz pulley on the SC.
Happiness.

YOU CAN DO THAT?! then why dont they make a kit for the supra? i think thatll be like...a monster from the realm of lord of the rings...WOW!

Really rare kit that does it. I think it helps if you already have the 88-89 4agze.

It should be just about obvious that a GE would be better in the long run than a FE engine. GE are the performance flowed [wide angle] DOHC/TwinCam, where the FE are the more economical [narrow] DOHC/TwinCam setups.

Not really. Turbo lag is overrated, IMO. power is only a downshift away. Proper turbo sizing to your application would be a better use of your time, again IMO. There's ways to get around lag. two step... anti-lag features... brake boosting... not trying to make boost in a low RPM where you know it's not gonna happen anyway...

the SW20 is heavy in comparison to the two other models. That's all that's being said.
