So I decided to pull a plug today and see how its been running, seems to be burning ok looking at the plug so I doubt there will be any dwell issues.

Hey guy. Hope everyone had a great turkey day. While we are waiting (and I really appreciate your patience) why don't we post up some picks of the sets already completed and hear about your experience with it so far.

Morganson- can you post all the dimensions that you used for the CAD design?
We could use that as a template if a premade mounting plate ends up being a no-go.

Hey guys. Ill get the drawings up tonight. Yes I made the black plate out of phenolic as well. Its heat resistant and strong enough to resist warping even at 1/4 in thick. But its expensive and difficult to find and work with. The aluminum plates will be easier to work with and mass produce as well as offering a polished finish if desired.

I was just waiting for Morgansons go ahead to post this.

I asked my old boss to run one on the CNC for me. I want to test and make sure everything still lines up and that the coils fit properly. Unfortunately he is on vacation so I hope to have the test piece next week.

so 1/4 thick. Supraguy@aol if you have any coils i try getting one made.

the hard part will be making the coil outline. some measurments would be good
