Put a Bomex front end on it and it would match a bit better...

Now from a performance standpoint, no. MKIV has better aerodynamics, and better air intake (which is why I'd say the SC300 front on a MKIV is stupid, no airflow).

The MKIII has a raised cowl hood, the MKIV doesn't (in that black one that's where you can really see the photoshopping, the body lines disappear), not to mention I seriously doubt it will even fit as IIRC the MKIV is wider, wheel arches are different, ect...

Not to mention the floor is polished and you can see the reflection from the normal front end. The wall was edited because there is some sign on the wall (forgot what it says, but you can see the reflection in the hood).

Not sure what you mean by that...frontal area? Mk3/4 and SC cars all have pretty much the same bumper opening areas really.

Not a big fan of mkiv/mkiii conversion. Why waste all that time when you can do the soapra conversion!

X2 I think any other conversion is ugly! if i were ever going to spend the time and money the only conversion that looks good even at all would be the soapra.

The only body parts that would blend well together is the taillights. I saw a mkiii with mkiv tailights molded into the 3 piece lights driving on the 15 next to corona ca. I didnt have a camra on me but it was sexy.

I love how MKIV's look and I love how MKIII's look but putting the two together is just wrong.:1zhelp:

And I agree the stock front of the Mkiv looks pretty week. Put a Ridox front bumber or full kit with the TRD wing on it though and that is one mean looking car. This isnt the best pic, but you get the idea, plus unpainted hoods are the gheyness.

I literally think either TRD wing is the worst possible thing you could to looks wise to the MkIV. You cant tell me the MkIII front looks out of place on the car, but the square wing on the back works at ALL.

You my friend are crazy. The TRD wing keeps flowing with the body lines of the MKIV.It looks like the way it should have been made.

I agree with you, and also like the stock wing. Just in case, the Orion may be thinking of the other TRD wing which does look terrible, shown in a pic below. The RMM/TRD wing (shown on the red car above), I think it is called the type-s spoiler in the TRD catalog is my favorite wing on the car though.

example of terrible TRD wing below, i beleive its called the type-R and discontinued :). I would never say this looks good, but it may be functional

"I can tell this is shooped. I've done a few shoops in my day."

I'm kinda 'Ehhh...' about mixing a 3 & 4. It'd probably grow on me though.

They look practically the same! MkIV has a smooth round jellybean look that ends in a perfect wing, whereas the TRD wings have hard, straight lines that literally dont match any part of the car.

IMO it looks dumber than a box of rocks.

no they don't look the same at all that wing is a lot taller, has a center piller, and pretty much go's strait up the other trd wing curves with the body lines and keeps the flow nicey.Don't get me wrong I like the stock wing but it dosent flow as well.

see how it flows with the body lines nicer than the stock one.I mean it dose come down to what ever floats your boat but I do feel that thing is the best looking wing for the car.

Thats my .02

Neither of them flow with the stock body. At all.

The one that nobody likes is just a bit taller and has the middle piece. It is the same thing! It doesnt match the side, the profile, definitely doesnt match the trunk..it doesnt match the body at all! It looks completely out of place.

Obviously all just my opinion, but still. The only thing I'd change about the MkIV's aesthetics are wheels and a front. Everything else needs to be left alone.

Well I guess we can agree to disagree on this one. I love the RMM/TRD type-s look especially from the rear or rear 3/4 view.

I also think that the type-r and type-s look very different in how the side posts are designed.

anyway, lets get back to how cool a mk3 front on an mk4 would look!:3d_frown::3d_frown::3d_frown:
