Yes, but that's only the first time. You guys with older paint should plan a day and do the entire 3 steps. Sure there is, 3M products are top of the line, also $10.00 - $12.00 a bottle. You can buy all 3 steps of the Meguiars for $20.00, and end up with amazing results.
