R&D is done it works. But rember i have custom made soild upper shock mounts with short bolts on them so it dose not look like there is much grabbing in the threads but i know with the stock ones the bolts are much longer and will work with no problme. Here are the pics.

Can you make a spacer that is the same diameter as the brace bracket. That way the strut bar will be even from strut tower to strut tower. Not sure if one side being a 1/4" inch higher on one side even matters.

I was gonna order a diffrent size stock so the pound plate and brace are the same thinckness so when i dress up the welds it all will be even. Is that what you were talking about? Or do you mean for the passengers side?

He means one side will have the brace under the STB and the other side won't, meaning we'd need a spacer for the other side to keep both ends of the STB raised up the same amount.

What worrys you with the bolts?

CSNOW i think the cheapest i could do if we got enough tpeople is $60.00 shiped with everything needed and a lifetime warranty if you some how break it send it back and ill fix it for free. But only if we can get enough people toghter.

the fact that the bolts do not fully thread.
But i'd be in for one considering no one else brought this up.

Here is a video with it out the brace you can watch the mc move on my car it flexes much more than his but you can see the movement

So the installing of the brace results in exactly what then? Better braking or just better feel of the pedal?

Both actuly because the fire wall is no longer flexing instead of moving the fire wall you moving more brake fluid trough the system.

Right now it is mild steel it could be don in aluminum but the price would significantly go up.

Today im gonna make the fixture and make 2 braces on it test them to make sure there right then im gonna try to get everything toghter to see about a group buy.

I know some of you were worried about bolt lengh and things along those lines well here is a pic of the brace on my buddies stock supra as you can see there is plenty of thread sticking up the nut so there will be no problmes there. And the bracre is compatible with TEMS for those of you who still run it.
