so i got bored and decided to make a new build thread for my car. and seeing that it will be 2 years this month i thought it would be cool to look back on all the progress i have made.

ill start with the day i brought it home, 4/14/07
$1200 and she was mine! of corse it over heated all the way home!

death of the 2nd 7m-
it was a long time coming, the car never ran right always over heated, massive blow by, fouled out lugs... etc... this was due to a horrible dishonest mechanic. lesson learned, i do all my mechanical work now.

2jz swop
i decided to go 2jz na-t on 7m electronics for a few reassons,
-to be unique (a lot of people can build a 7m or swop in a 1j or 2j. but only a few have done the na 2j on 7m electronics!)
-you can get a non turbo 2j for CHEEP
-its a 2j.

this is straight out of the booth no polishing or wet sanding.

so thats all i have for now the car should be assembled and back with me by the end of next week. but looking back on all this brings back some good memories! i loved every minute of working on my car! and will continue to!

thanks guys! i have a lot more to do when i get her back next week,
finish the interior
-finish the color change
-custom switch panel where the TEMS used to be, 3 switches- fuel, fans, and engine start
-custom rear trunk floor w/ new carpet
-new floor mats from the GB
-install all my A1 rear suspension components
-install wheel spacers
-install new momo gothem shift knob
-install new pro sport gauges and A pillar gauge pod
-install new steering wheel
-install new aluminum battery box and circuit breaker
i think there is more but im not sure...
