Oh and super awesome news...

The interstate battery I bought for the Cressy... it went bad today when some d00d was checking it out, thats worse timing than Chi2k6 :nono: But atleast now I can advertise it as having a "NEW BATTERY!!1" and "NEW-ish Alternatorz!1!"

NEW BATTERY!!1 and NEW-ish Alternatorz!1!

5mge (block says 6m, so I dunno) 5sp (swapped), 175k-ish miles, new clutch/PP, uhh... power everything, all works (cruise doesn't, for some reason, AC blows cold, needs a front end alignment, a really good cleaning, all the seals/gaskets have been changed (front seals, rear main, "cam tower" gaskets, valve cover gaskets) Needs valve stem seals, It DOES leak a little bit of oil, but ya'll have mkIII's you're used to it. :biglaugh: Driver side rear brake makes some noise (clacking, I think it's the rotor...) but I'm too lazy and not really too worried about fixing it ATM. Front "air dam" is all F'd in the A from myself hitting a huge limb in the road during our last storm and the other side from the previous owner. :icon_conf Gets roughly 25mpg w/ the air on the entire time. I have an extra 5sp trans if you want/needed it, and the stockzerz Auto if you wanted it as well. JDM single wiper mod (again, it's my beater so IDGAF) Got's Rumptis's exhaust on it, so that has to come off (will get a cheap-o 1 1/4" exhaust put on if you wanted me to) Also have an LSD (4.11) I can throw in for a bit extra. Uhh.... radio doesn't work for whatever reason (you can hear the CD player "spinning" when you turn the key on, so it may just be junkzerz) Umm...

NEW BATTERY!!1 and NEW Alternatorz!1! :icon_bigg

I'll also take in partial trade on neat-o aftermarket mkIII parts... full trade if you got enough cool crapp. (exhaust, DP, IC, hardpipes, Turbo timers, AFC, FPRs... things like that) Don't be afraid to make me an offer... but I'm not in a big hurry to get rid of it just yet, so dont bother low-balling.

September 23, and 24th. I think we're going to meet up somewhere in Louisville, and then drive to a dyno. We may have a barbeque and an orgy, haven't decided for sure yet. Like all orgy's the more the merrier................;)






I've just been enformed that the orgy is out. Just a dyno..............lol

yes steve and i are working on a meeting place. most likely east side of louisville off of 64. from there, all riding out together on a fun run to the dyno. hang out, dyno, and a cook out.

My wife and I have never been to Louisville, but a friend of hers told her not to go to the east side. She said it wasn't safe. I don't know how she knows, but I assume you guys know since you live there. I'm not worried for me, but I'm not taking my wife anywhere where she's not safe. I'm sure Louisville is just like everyother city in the U.S., there's always bad parts, but I'm stocking up on crack before we head that way, so I won't need to deal with any unknown crack dealers. Bad crack is bad.................lol

Where is I-64 at? I think we should all meet up somewhere along I-65...

(I say that because I live off of I-65 and it would be an easy trip for meeeeee.) :biglaugh:

yeah its a pretty rough part of town. i have a 10' tall chain link fence w/ razor wire looped on top. a full security system, 6 motion detectors w/ 1000w halogen lights and big dog. the weekends are the worst and there is this ex-con named vito that comes by to guard the place. it works out well, i dont have any problems and he works for free to fulfill his community service hours for parole.

ok really. the east side is nice. it has the lowest crime rate out of the whole city. she is probably talking about the west side of town. most of the "bad" parts are in that part of the city.

jeff- the reason we picked 64 is because thats the interstate we will be getting on to go to the dyno. its near a lot of things, easy to find and in the direction we will be going. 64 splits right off of 65 when you cross over into ky. easy as pie.

HAHA. I feel like an idiot! I totally forgot about that! I posted in his Thread hatin' closed thread's last night and he was just being out right stupid. I quoted Matt on what he said to call him and I STILL wasn't paying attention to the name (of the guy that got banned last night) LOL. Wowzers...

I almost started another thread after he got banned to discuss his beings because I had so much to say, lol....That was ridiculous.

So Matt...Is the Impressida in GOOD driving condition? Say,....Could it make it to umm....COLUMBUS FROM WESTPORT and not break down? :naughty:

^ Has been for the past... I dunno.... couple months or so. Until this whole battery incident. If anyone is looking for a decent winter beater, come throw $700 at me and it's yours. And for the record, nothing happened other than I noticed my tail lights were out and I figured "Hey, screw them, they want this crapp so bad, they can bring their asses to Westport to get it." Believe it or not, that's what happened. And please don't get me going...

And since I had to clean out my old barn, you can also get a FREE w58 and 2 NA Auto Trannies. FREE!!!! WOWZERZ!1! But seriously, in a week they are going to Kroots and I'll just make a few bucks, better me than the asshat that was hauling crapp out of the barn for the same reason I suppose
