The engine is now at the machine shop. I told them to clean it up, check out everything, and install new main bearings, rod bearings and new rings. I also showed him where to drill and tap for the oil feed. There is a spot already marked on the block and he said that it wouldn't be a problem. I also told him if he had to shave any off of the block to make sure and keep up with how much he took off. He said the cylinder walls looked great. I also tried to test the cc's of the pistons and I came up with 9cc's............I don't know how accurate that is, but it's the best I could do. I would definately trust the numbers given on the website you posted.
