Yes, I can not see these clearing sawblades in any way - though I'm going to test that to verify ;)

That said, if you ARE on sawblades, I think the stock brakes aren't really limiting you just yet. When you need 13" brakes, you'll need the extra meat on the ground ;)

Got my attention! Sounds like what I have been looking for in an upgrade. Just wish the A70's Front breaks were as easy & inexpensive to upgrade as the Lexus SC. Just got a set of 95+ LS400 4-piston calipers, Drilled/Slot Rotors & Hawk pads (Size of MKV TT) for under $400.

Christ, even that kit has the pad overhanging by .020"! Can nobody freaking measure?

Here's the QCad screenshot - notice the pads are 100% on the rotor!

Also, the rotors I'm currently using (and hopefully, will clear everything!) you can pick up for ~$40-$50 apiece at your local parts house (Autozone, Napa, etc)

Neither can I ;) Next weekend I'm hoping to answer whether the brake kit will clear MK4 TT wheels. I'll also have pics of the calipers mounted up and such!

Man, you can take a thread OT faster than I can type ;)

Once I build the prototype brackets next weekend, I'll start tracking down some local shops to see how much it's going to cost to have these pumped out.

As a show of hands, how many people are actually down with this?

Are people wanting just the brackets and rings, or full bolt on kits?

Brackets and rings here, this winters project is a built motor. Its going to be a while till I have cash for brakes.

I'd be down for the whole kit. Seems like if I do buy an entire ready to bolt on kit, it spends a lot less time sitting in the garage collecting dust, waiting for me to get to it.

Horrible timing Doward, lol.

I'm interested in the custom fab parts though, so that I can finish the kit later.
