Umm... oh, how to put this....

Has a weak Radiator Cap already been ruled out? Just curious.

well the analog multimeter i had is really really old but still worked haha... i didn't know which was milivolts on it so i just set it to everything else other than 10 and the meter didn't move at all when in the radiator so i guess it's ok lol

so THAT is how some heads get eaten!? so does this mean that using green coolant isn't the problem? Someone told me to use red coolant over the corrosion problem. Does green coolant promote electrolysis over red?

Actually, head corrosion can happen from a bunch of things.

The most common on our cars is likely BHG exhaust gasses making the coolant corrosive, and then user neglect leaving that coolant in the engine for a long time.
