This car looks awesome, make sure to get some videos of it when you get it all together and going.
Most definitely.

Assembled everything together today. Getting out the OEM bushings from the RUCA's wasn't too bad. Same goes for the spindle bushings... if you have tools that can make it work.

How was the diff rebuild? I want to rebuild mine using the Wier kit as well because it has a very slight whine, barely noticeable but I still want to do it. Do you have the bearing numbers? I am sure they all use the same bearings even though the ratio varied throughout the years and different packages.

installing the weir kit is really straight forward, rather easy actually. as for the bearing number, im not exactly sure what you mean. its just shims, and then measuring the backlash.

I hope the rest of the car gets the same treatment as your rear end. :)
The front end will be built up as soon as i get my hands on a 89+ cross member, but as of now its not that big of a concern.

I come from a land down under
Mine help helped save my life when I crashed the Z car, I had time to shut the batteries off before impact.

You can just see it on the trans tunnel behind the Brake Balance and MBC dials.

Awesome, good to hear you're okay. I hope such an event never occurs to me, but if it may happen...

Are you going to run a ground back to the engine block?

im going to be running a ground from the block to the chassis frame. im still not done with it. i'll be going to re-route my harness for the second time, relocate the fuse box, and all the other relays there.
