John (astigracing) is the man when it comes to flush mount headlights. He made my current setup, and he's making my new setup. The light pattern isn't bad at all so long as you aim the lights properly.

Lam, why not relocate your battery? It's not that hard, and you'll clean up your engine bay a little and create more space for your headlights so that they can be mounted where you really need them.

So far to make it cheaper and just a little bit better for light pattern and all and not to hack up the supra core support i like the idea of mounting them in the regular popup housing but using the hella projectors.
Then adjust your arm length so your lights only go about half way up.

^^^Sleepy lights!!!!^^^

Lam, I've gotta say, you're slowly growing on me.
I dont like a lot of the look you have goin on, but shit.... you could possibly be the king of low-budget fabrication and some of it looks rather nice.

Keep up the crazy and original work!

i pioneered the sleepy eyes. the picture below was taken from my first n/a maybe 6 or 7 years ago. i remember having a write up as to how i did the pivot arm so that when you turn on your light switch the light pop's up halfway. also, i had to pull the bottom of the lamp and the adjusting screw all the way out so that the lamps will not face downward. this mod was way before SupraNick did his with projectors.

just for the record. during those times, i also pioneered the n/a intake using a '94 honda civic pipe, the cut out front grill and the front splitters.

You still have the writeup? Looks helluva cool :)
no i dont.

i remember replacing the pivot arm with shorter rods --i can't remember the rod size-- but retaining the two white plastic ends. you will have to adjust the bottom adjusting screw almost all the way out --this will keep your lamp from facing downward.

between urs, Larry A, Urbano and Matoba, i used ur cars as examples of what i strived for.

Now why is that! Yellow not your favorite color, Or is it you are too special to like, and respects others creativity. You make me laugh with your high tech appreciation of things!

Or maybe there are as many tastes as there are people on the world?

lol...wish that car was a turbo.

i am so overwhelmed with my business nick that i hardly have time for anything else. in fact, i missed my daughter's solo night twice and my son's soccer game more than once. but i will have to make time for my family before i loose that luxury.

as of today, your car is one of my favorite. it's clean and subtle. i picked out the color scheme from your car....didn't wanna mock it up so i went extreme with the lights....what can i say.

Btw, can you do it on the car, or do you have to remove the lights?

because it has a insane amount of incredibly tacky goofy mods
I dont mind the color but all that plastic stuff added on the hood and fenders, and w/e the hell he was thinking with that widebody shit on the door just looks absolutely rediculous and cheesy
