got sick of the pop up headlights made out of fog lights

hardly light up the road at night

bought some real hella 90mm headlight modual

total so far $273

mad work ahead

spring time is going to be looking sick

lamarossa- im gonna be around forever hahahah

got any pic of the set up

please post

UPDATE

after a trip to home depot

+ $20

just bits and pieces

there is hope for this set up

i might have to relocate the battery and say good buy to the windshield washer filler neck

to be continue............................................................

driver side has the battery in the way so because of the low beam projector is so long it will not fit and clear the bumper therefore it must be mounted on the inside in stead of the outside.

by cuttting the radiator wall support, you can get a good beam pattern by raising the rear of the light all the way up until it hits the hood line. But this also means that you have to reweld the wall with supports to keep the front end from rattlling.

noxide and lamarosa should work on one car together so only one supra would be destroed in the end.

and lam i doubt that 90mm hellas will light anything if mouted flush (non raised) most completely flush lights use thin lights that allows mounting them higher to clear header panel, so it will not drop a shadow

keep this clean. i dont want to have to lock this thread. consider this a warning before anything gets blown out of proportion. if you have nothing nice to say, then dont say anything at all. i've been itching to use this ban stick... ;)

lam, could you be the first to try hinging the headlights the other way? to raise in the back instead of the front? there is plenty of room to put whatever beam in you like, I've always thought this would be a good way to do it.

how hard is it to make stationary head lights and how do i do it?? cuz i want some stronger bulbs.

Build this to the exact size of the headlight. Mke a clear plastic cover that is the exact same size to cover it up. Your done............ :biglaugh:
