Thanks guys! That oil cap is sweet. There are two out there, maybe more in the near future!?!

Maybe Nate. I am checking to see what the cost of ten would run me and then I will ask if anyone would want a cap :)

Yup..looking like your car will be done soon :naughty:

I see you used the stock oilfilter holder with your relocation kit. Is that an OK thing too do= And do you use the stock oilcooler inputs and outputs in the block/pan with that?

BTW Looking awesome!!:aigo:

That is the adapter my kit came with, I never thought about putting it directly on the block :dunno: :aigo: . I'm clamping on the oil cooler hoses and they attach to my earls cooler with -08 fittings.

Yep lose the stock right angle POS and get the center threeded bit from any other M series engine (7m-ge,6m,5m, etc) and put your adaptor strait onto the block!

Update! I've been sorting out all the little things this past week, hoses, gaskets and wireing. The motor has a date with the car next saturday!

This weekend was spent finalizing some dash wireing, putting the dash back in and making sure things worked.

Here are the results.

Yes the lights on the tach and speedo are working the dimmer was down. I put leds in there but for some reason its not very bright :dunno: They are bright enough to see, just not as bright as the others...

:( I wish I could move faster with my progress...
I agree about the oil filter relocation.
Get a 7MGE oil filter stud for like $5 from Toyota, and put your relocation thingymabob right to the block. Bam, no more gay oil pressure bypass.
