300whp and the suspension mods you have should make get you some pretty impressive times in autox. i have a few issues to work out yet before i run my car but im getting real excited to put this thing to work

Yea it don't do too bad. Just found out from MVP that Stance had to order the 17K springs from Japan and they wouldn't be here till Jun. Piss on that, I canceled the order and measured today and they are the common 2.5 inner diameter so I am going back with the Eibachs that I used to have on the car. They were the perfect stiffness. I can't let that damn Infinity G37S beat me again LOL

if the eibachs fit then major win for you since you dont have to spend $ on new springs

Been on stance for over a year and they are solid. Great adjust-ability and ride quality for street, dont know about track as I have not tracked the car.
As for installation, no grinding or anything was needed, just take off the old and slip on the Stance units.

Well I discovered that the Stance come stock with 14k springs up front and they are not stiff enough for autocross racing. I ordered some 17k from MVP and still waiting. I have another race next weekend so I was hoping to get these new springs in and give it whirl. I also dyno'd the car today and on a mustang dyno I am putting down 300 to the wheels. Not bad but was hoping for more (aren't we all LOL)
If you're looking for 17s in the front you should consider the Megan TRACK series. 18kg front 14kg rear. I'm still using Megans even though we make our own line of coilovers. Even tho they'e our brand they still cost me money to make and the Megans have suited my track needs just perfectly so far, so no need to change something if its working.

And like i've mentioned before, Megan, Stance and BC all come out of BC's parent factory, so its all the same thing. You just get those stiffer spring rates you want quicker :)

What is the recommended springrates for these cars? I'm about to order Stance and I was thinkg 16k/12k but i've heard the back are pretty stiff in relation to the front

Well you need a stiffer spring in the front because thats where MKIIIs are weight biased. The default rates on ours are 14kg/10kg, and thats a really good balance between a streetable ride and still being able to hold its own at track days. But if you're doing more racing or something as opposed to regular driving then you may want to go up a little depending on what exactly you're doing.
I sent you a PM about that

there is also a significant installation rate difference between the front and the rear. The front spring installed rate is about 64% of its linear value. Thats the other reason the front springs are significantly higher than the rear.
