sorry to beat a dead horse, but ordering off there website and wondering a few things. does it come with all the provisions as the stock manifold? also you guys noticing a better response on a q45 over stock? just wondering if i should get it for the stock tb or a q45.

i have one and you have to makesure it is the us spec not the uk one

yea, that i noticed. but does it have a spot for cold start inj., isv and all the vacuum ports?

No cold start. Idle valve yes, and 4 vacuum ports. NOTE: on the coolant nipple that is on your stock runners, you'll have to remove that from your stock runners, and tap the hole thats on the K's manifold to fit the port for that coolant line. Its just 1/8" NTP thread

alright so just a quick hole tap and delete the cold start inj.
