Are you using bolts or studs??

If you look inside your head you'll see circular inlets where the bolts go through. Make sure you put the head on the block using only the guiding pins. Then drop the washers in, then the bolts or studs. You will probably have to rotat your cams on a few of them. My #10 always wanted to grab and keep my socket.

I'm using head bolts and whenever i had the block resurfaced i guess they had to take of the guiding pins.....so i don't have them anymore.....so what we are going to do it take the old head bolts and cut the top hex part off(basically just a straight bolt with threads on it....) and screw 2 or 3 in...BASICALLY the same thing as guiding pins.......i used to do it on Chevy blocks all the time...:]...

My stock 91 na was rated at 200hp. Completely stock. I'm not sure if mine is going to be street legal or not. Once the cops here see this thing with a carbon fiber hood, they are going to want to know who's driving it. So I'll let the old lady drive it for a while first, lol.

Hmmm good Q.

I would think crank, but I'm not 100% positive.
I read it in the manual.

I should be right around 250hp when it rolls out.

I still have tons of things I will do to this auto after it's living again.
But don't tell my old lady.
