I need some help and advice on installing the JZA70 Twin Turbo R Torsen differential into my '92 1JZ swapped MA70 Supra. My 4.30:1 N/A diff is starting to slip and is giving out. Thanks in advance!

Need the half shafts as well. Otherwise it's pretty straight forward, as you take off the first diff you will see how to put the other back on.

So I have to swap the back part of my old differential to the one from the torsen?

The car that the torsen diff came out of, you need the half shafts from that car as the torsen diff uses different ones so you need the matching ones.

No they're not. The half shafts are identical.

The axle stubs in the differential are different, but chances are they came with the diff.

The differential came with the JZA70 axles, so do I have to change the axles as well?

Pretty much, then again you have everything related for the torsen and the current setup so it can be up to your intuition to just mix and match when appropriate.

Thanks for the correction guys, didnt want him to do it wrong and ended up telling him the wrong thing.

Good luck josef, as they said you have what you need, just add oil when you're done.

Your stock axles are the same. This is an easy swap, which shouldn't take longer than 2hrs. You can just unbolt the drive shaft and axles from the pumpkin. It will drop out the bottom without even pulling the rear wheels off. My aftermarket exhaust kinda got in the way. Besides the diff being heavy as f@#k, it's not bad at all.
