damn i remember doing my valves what a pain in the ass but i used a small pry bar, a pick and a magnet. what a pain that was i did it like 5 times cuz i did it wrong a couple times. i didnt exactly follow the tsrm. but whatever and the shocks..this speed shop wouldnt do the springs for me cuz it has the tems sensors on it and they didnt want to mess anything up since it would have been their first time to touch a ma70 sup , so i had to do it myself. what a pain that was i didnt remove the control arm thats y. ill do that next time since i gotta change the shocks. but its always nice to see pictures..

Great attention to detail! You're making me feel very unworthy of owning a Supra!:aigo:
Hopefully the 'hairdryer" will be in serviceable condition!
Can you say "hello 375whp!?":naughty:

Jebus!!! I got you covered on the carpet, I one you can have. It's my fault that gear oil is in there and I'm grateful for your help and sorry that happend. Next time your west of the mtns or at the next meet I'll get you a new one. Again I'm sorry about that. Everything is looking sweet, I'm glad your getting to play with it a little more now!

im crossing my fingers hoping i can get it done in time for centralia!!!

Nate, dont worry its not that bad in there and im just replacing the foam padding on the bottom, the carpet should be fine. I really appreciate it though and wouldnt mind just replacing it. Ya know im always willing to help, call it even for me running over your stuff at the track..... :nono: By the look on your face you werent very happy that night :biglaugh:

Tom- lemme know when its ready im anxious to blow my tranny away.

Near Columbia, the river
Glad the spring compressors came in handy. I should be able to stop by your house in my Supe very soon :icon_bigg . It started but there was a little bit of a fuel leak...:nono: A couple of new copper washers should fix that today though.

It will be sweet to see your car on those springs. Hopefully those 180s come in soon so we can plumb up your intake.

Tom, don't worry about getting that turbo to him too quickly. I want to be able to pass him easily on the way to centralia with my lighter 5sp '88. The 57 trim would just make it take a little more time to pass him and his slushbox. :icon_razz

updates!

no real work has been done due to an overwhelming amount of schoolwork/ and well work. Had some time this afternoon to get some cleaning done,

cleaned up my interior pieces and get them ready to go back in the car dust and grime free.

Then i went out and started cleaning up the wheel wells a bit to finish the clean look in there, i just gotta do some stuff w/ my brakes and the wheel wells will be finished.

I didnt know the end links were that color! i thought they were black!

Its days like today that make working on the car enjoyable, i could spend an entire weekend cleaning and washing in total solitude like this. perfect climate no one to bother just freedom.

Anyway thats enough work for one day, its st patties day so its time to celebrate it the way it was supposed to be. :eek:ffwall: :boink: :puke:

john - heh no not new, i just used some gojo hand cleaner and some scotch brite pads. Works wonders!

Anyway onto the updates,

I started working on my engines fuel supply, Redoing the whole shabang from the tank to the injectors so it will completely different :icon_bigg

I had some help today from Gerrard (boostedstr8six) that made a world of a difference.

I had to open up some room to work on the rail and get to most of the stuff i needed to clean/deal with.

To be cleaned.

I had topped off my tank litterally to the brim of the filler hole to keep out any condensation so now comes the task of relieving some of it to start working.

And onto the AFPR, This is the LIPP kit from suprasport. This is just the jist of how it all goes together and installs but for more in depth info this thread is the thread to read.

After figuring out how to install the SOAB, and draining half a tank that took forever. I hit a wall w/ my progress because 1. i need to clean before i can install some stuff, and 2. i gotta hit up toyota for some more parts, = more $$

for one day thats the progress.
