Cool JG, shit happens, but it's nice to see people step up to the plate & fix it.

I just read throught the thread, so I'm late to the party. I feel your pain Racer. I'm in a situation similar to yours. I called a supplier before placing an order to check on availability of a piece that I need, and I was told it would take a week after placing the order. I placed the order weeks ago, my messages were ignored several times, and when I did get a reply, I was told that it would be another two weeks.

After waiting on getting my for a year to get my car put back together & on the road, I'm still waiting for a piece that should have been here two weeks ago....

Hang tight Rakkasan, you too can have your very own thread like this. Sounds like your situation is more deserving, and you didn't name the company. Give them a little more time, and if they still Ignore you, we all want to know who that is.

I think we should know who it is now, who wants to place an order with someone who doesn't stick to there word?

And i know alot of us will be placing big orders with companies to start our winter builds.

Communication is key when trading online!

Nice job on sorting it all Jeff and good to see Racer has cooled off a bit and has decided to go ahead with the transaction!

Good result for all involved as this had the potential to turn to crap!

Guys, the driveshaft from jawsgear is TOP QUALITY! WOW.

I am so very impressed. I WILL order another custom shaft for my other Supra sometime this week and have a differential worked on, from none other than Jawsgear.

Simple, we are just doing the right thing for the customer. We mess up we take the heat and make it right. That is the way everybody should do business big or small.
