Its a style. As Derk said, Its in defiance to some political decisions or somthing.

Bent license plates are very common.


Back int he old days, it was rather subtle, Removing a headlight to run oil lines and an oil cooler mounted on the bumper, Exhaust tips pointed up twords the sky in defiance to the government.

Now its HUGE wings, crazy bodywork, HUGE or very TALL exhaust pipes, but some original stuff still remains, oil coolers and license plates :)

There were ordinance's made against modifying cars and these guys went overboard with what they did consciously to basically throw a big "fuck you" at the government.

I like the lower end of the spectrum when it comes to Bosozoku cars.
The ones that usually have about 1' of exhaust sticking up, and simple flares.
Some hood extensions aren't bad either.
I'm also a fan of the external oil coolers, but not when they're too excessive.

I did hear like 3 cars in that video that sounded good... but that was it.
