Looking good and I must say it seems you have all the help you could ever need. Over here, it's a bit different.............in more ways than one. Nobody over here has ever even heard of a 1jz..........:3d_frown:

Luckily for me, mine has never broke down.

glad it made it home but if you would have called me I could have picked you up from the train station. Now take super care of this beaut.! Dont try to go single to soon either as it is more downtime that sucks. I bet you had a grin from ear to ear the entire time in the driver seat huh?

Nice looking car man. Too bad you had some hiccups...and definite thumbs up to all those that came to your rescue.
I love how your front end looks and that red Toyota badge stands out very well.

lol, I didn't even get to open up the GS. I was waiting for the freeway to open up, but Irvine traffic sucks!

Hopefully I'll get my Supra up and running then well see who's car is faster. :naughty:

Today was my first time working on a 1J.

I didn't think about it Chase. I wish I had. But at least on the trolley I got see the city. There's some badass architecture downtown! The train ride down was awesome too! Lots of beach scenery, but best of all I got to sleep... and it only cost $18. Train > Driving any day of the week. Next time I will call.

Well you worked like a seasoned veteran! Thanks again for the help. As for the traffic and such... bring it on! But hopefully come Spring we can take it to the track.

Socal is the place to be. Someone is always willing to step up and help.

But it doubles as a vehicle security mechanism... :dunno: Anyway, that's not a shinai, that's a bokken.

Can't wait to see it cleaned up. Jag is is going to be shiney?
I'm more function over looks, but I do have some black couplers on the way, and I hope to clean up the engine bay a bit by getting rid of the fuse box, and I have toyed with the idea of relocating the battery. I wish I had gotten rid of the ABS but Robert said that would have been easier with the motor out. :dunno:

Shiny? I absolutely hate down-time, so even though I like the polished look, depending on turn-around time, I'm not sure I will go that route. Maybe when I go single.

It's awesome. This car is everything I wanted. I look at it and think, damn is that mine? The wheels, the body kit, the engine... everything. It's still a work in progress, but hey, aren't they all...
