There is a blockoff plate you can buy from Driftmotion i think. You jst remove the vacum and capp it off or supply it to the new BOV.
remove the stock BOV and cap the location off either with the plate or you can make something by yourself.
The HKS Bov can be attached to the IC piping connected to the throttle body

Also, you need to get the 2jzgte waterpump and the rear housing as well as the clutch and fan setup to make it work. It'll cost more in the end.

I say if you get a hold of the Hydrofan setup, go with it. if you need the hydrofan ecu, you can grab one from the mid 90's Camry or Avalon. They used Hydrofans as well.

They hydrofan may jam up as no fluid is running through it. I suspect the fluid passing through it is also its lubrication. The ebarings inside by dry up and lock up on you.
YOu can change to a 2jzgte waterpump only setup and then use electric fans. By the way, if you hit the local junkyards, you can use the ls400 fan setup for pretty cheap. We picked up a clutch and fan from a LS400 recently for 10 bucks. :) . Pick and pull @ Mowry Ave has a lot of ls400s.

I've looked at the lexus hydrofan and I believe it to be the same unit, however the shroud its mounted on is significantly different, so you'd have to find a way to mount it but you can use it.

Also, if you want to run e-fans with the hydro pump, just loop the hydrofan lines with fluid in them. Its not the best solution, but I haven't seen it cause any problems.
