Is there a demand for custom Fiberglass interior parts?

i love that CF dashcover and the first pic of the pod is really nice. i think that piece would sell if one was made for the MKIII also. I know I would buy one.

I was just talking about a full replacement dash, not just a cover. That could then be flocked so it wouldn't glare and reflect and it would save some weight over the stock dash. I do agree that a shiny, reflective dash would be the worst move in any kind of car that's supposed to move at more than 5mph.

i would like a replacement for the stock guage cluster, that i could aftermarket gauges. when i bought my car the guy had made one out of fiberglass that was pretty sweet.
That's close to what I was thinking, but leave the wood out of the equation, just set it up so that the customer can screw / glue on their own top piece. Shouldn't be too hard to mold, and all our spare tire wells are the same if I understand correctly.Nick Stonawski said:

ur telling me people will cut out a template THAT big of the entire trunk space to accomidate a sub box bottom? im not even going to go into the prob with the stock carpet in the way, countersinking the sub so IF u put the carpet back over the sub box it clears the sub itself and allows the sub to vibrate without interfeirence, running wires to the sub, fiberglassing the wood top to the fiberglass bottom etc... u do know that u CANNOT fit two 12's in that little hole let alone two 10" (unless angled, though thats a fiberglass job as well, and that would cost BIG $$$). not to mention a divider for both subs HAS to be done while fiberglassing AND then mended to the lid of the box itself?
trust me, lean away from the sub in the trunk idea. its ALOT more headahce than u can imagine!

if its too big, the cost of said product and shipping is going to be OUTRAGEOUS.
Err... 2 10 inch subs fit back there just fine without any fancy angling. How do I know? I've done it before. At least a dozen times, actually.

I don't mind doing the install myself. I've already built a fiberglass sub box for the trunk. I just don't want to mess with anymore fiberglass, I don't have the proper working space anymore for fabrication.
Please let me know if you will consider this. I can't speak for anyone else who claims to have interest in door pods......but I do!
I've always had an issue that when you take the top off, it's alot harder to hear the stereo clearly, so I mounted these speaker pods behind each headrest in my MKIII.
My idea is to expand on these, make a one piece, fiberglass pod to mount speakers. I made a mounting bracket that follows the shape of the headliner and attached to the coat rack bolts, and 2 small scews into the headliner pan. You would need to leave an indent in the middle for the rear view.

B-pillar vent replacements would be an instant buy for me. Carbon fiber jdm style rain guards would be pimp! How about a center console with REAL cupholders? Upper and lower grill inserts for both bumper styles (lower ducted for intercooler).
i made this heat shield to keep all the hot air from my e-fan's off the filter.something a little cleaner looking to drop in this corner would be nice.
