It's most readily available in T3. With T4 you are much more limited on housing options so you need to shop around to find the best for you. A call to HPF may be helpful cause they can source several Garrett resellers.

PTE carries a wide range of T4 housings...

I would have to agree, I dont think the 35R would flow 500 on pump. Run meth or race gas and it wont have a problem hitting 500.

61 p trims have run close to 500whp on pump.. not sure on the differences in the exhaust wheel between the P trim and gt35 exhaust.. but you can probably get close.. (high 4s)

I was thinking that and even made a quick check of PTE's website but their price list only indicated a single T4 housing.

I almost bought a 3582R from PTE 6 months ago but ended up ordering a PTE 4088R through HPF since I was able to get a better deal packaging.

Also, If I recall correctly you can get a divided T4 housing for the GT35R but I can't remember from who.

yes, the gt35r is available in both t3 and t4 turbine housings. either you could use with an adapter on the stock manifold.

i agree the gt35r will do 500rw, but thats really pushing the boost high for pump gas. if you want 500rw on pump gas you might look into a pt67. however, that will have more lag than a gt35r. the 67 is offered in a ball bearing to offset that some.

i sell the 35r for $1149 or the pt67dbb for $1125. let me know if i can help.

Why does the gt35R more if the pt67 can do 500rwhp easier than the gt35r?

Also do you sell the gt35r with internal wastegates?

Roy

Where did u buy your one from?

Mines an ATP housing bought off Himini Racing on ebay. I'm not exactly sure why people are saying that it won't make 500rwhp. There are already a couple of 17-19psi dynos in the 480rwhp range on 7Ms out there. This turbo does 500-600 awhp on Evo fairly commonly. The turbo feels its best in the mid 20s area. I haven't dynoed mine but I can easily run to almost 100% injector duty cycle on 550s on mine so I have to be in the 500hp area.

I come from a land down under
I've posted this before a few times but just to add here the T3/T4 GT3540R/3582/GT35R's are all the same thing with the same wheels and nozzles it's ONLY the Flange that's different so NO a T4 GT35r won't make more HP than a T3 one.....

And yes it all comes down to tune if it'll do 500 on pump and how close to the edge you're willing to get.
