This sort of thing bothers me as I know better..... the axles are enough for me to want to crush it let alone the 100's of other custom things he's done.

I was more impressed with his (translated to Supra terms) "I'm gonna go from a 6m to a 7mgte" then start work and then say "I got a good deal on a 2jz so I think I'll do that instead" and then actually do it. It runs, the gauges work, I'm sure it'll move under its own power...

Then again, I was a fan of the guy who built up that awesome Eclipse w/ the sin lines in the head.

Ok this is fun, I'm a VW guy so enjoy my response.

The rat look is gay. The scene cars are fucking shite. Stretched tyres SUCK COCK!!

Most of the VW guys are pricks at the moment, I'm happy with trying to make my Golf look as OEM as possibly with a few subtle upgrades.

Go visit ClubGTi and you'll see the bunch of retards we deal with, the friggin' admin of ClubGTi is a complete and utter penis. They don't seem to understand that basic concept of their new hot hatches are dull and uninviting in comparison to other cars.

Of course, alot of the VW Vortex guys are all right, apart from their love of looooow cars. A 30mm drop on a Mk2 Golf is enough and that's just to tidy up the handling.

Don't feel like you're knocking them, I'm one of them and I think they're a bunch of complete and utter dipshits.

People that drive Mk4 Golfs are dicks btw. They aren't even allowed to be called Dubbers. We can't stand the bunch of complete dicks.

Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against VWs, heck, if It wasn't for my dad's old MK1 GTi I wouldn't be into cars, but it's the whole Show > Go mentality that I constantly see from the scene that annoys me. And then on top of that, they'll look down their nose at anything that wasn't made within the VAG family. They'll laugh at Barry in his 973cc 3 cylinder Vauxhall Corsa with 4 exhaust pipes and 'bad boy' bodykit, but think that the bloke who did this is a genius

I remember stumbling across a thread on a VW forum (come to think of it, it may have been ClubGTi!) where they were laughing at the E30 boys for being uncivilized because their club meet was based around a trackday, opposed to some damp field is wales I suppose...
