Ok so my cousin owns a 1988 supra na 5 speed. The car appears as if it got hit pretty hard on the passengerside door. We've replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter. He says theres power going to the fuel pump but for some strange reason hes still not getting any fuel to the rail. So I was wondering if maybe theres an intertia switch somewhere that I need to check. Any other ideas?

Nope, this isn't a Ford, no such animal.

If he's actually getting power to the pump - and I'd double check that - I'd start to ask how he checked for power, and how he checked for fuel.

Next I'd start looking for crushed or clogged fuel lines.

I think he just used a test light. Should I go ahead and check it with a volt meter and see if hes getting 12 volts back there. I thought it might be a bad fuel line to cause the cars been sitting for several years
